DAY 1: CUSCO / JOURNEY TO THE JUNGLE ADVENTURE / CAMPSITE

Reception in the airport and then go to the port where you will receive a tropical fruit beverage and begin our motor boat trip up the Madre de Dios river depending on the arrival time we will have our box lunch on board during the boat ride our guide will tell us about the different confluences of rivers in this area we will see different kind of birds like: eagles, caracaras, wild ducks, vultures, kingfisher, caimans sunning on the beaches capybaras ( the largest rodent in the world ) and then we set our campsite and after dinner we look for caimans with our torches where the guide will show and explain you. We overnight in a comfortable tent


DAY 2 : PARIAMANU MACAW / WALKS / MACAW LODGE

Early in the morning after breakfast we will continue our boat trip up Early in the morning after breakfast we will continue our trip up river to the macaw camping lodge where is pariamanu macaw project is .and in the afternoon will reach the pariamanu macaw project. Where the guide tell us how this new project works to preserve the nature then we take a hike on the trails to look for animals and to see the rich diversity of medicinal plants, exotic palms, huge trees and also visit the mammal clay lick where mammals like: peccaries, tapir , deer, armadillo, paca come to eat the clay .then return to the camp for lunch and a rest We can have a swim without any danger. In the evening after dinner we can take a hike to see nocturnal animals, insects and visit the mammal clay lick again. We overnight in the comfortable macaw lodge


DAY 3: MACAW CLAY LICK / THE SMALL HOATZIN LAKE

Early in the morning after breakfast we visit the pariamanu macaw clay lick where we will see macaw and parrots gather in a multicolored spectacle to eat the clay on the river bank this is an experience you will never forget after that we take the boat that will drive us to an small hoatzin lake where we can fish and look for wading birds and then we can have a swim in the cascades ( waterfall) then we set our campsite and dinner after that we can make our campfire where the guide will tell us the mystery jungle histories. We overnight in the comfortable macaw lodge


DAY 4: SANDOVAL LAKE / MONKEY ISLAND

Early in the morning after breakfast we go down river to the Sandoval lake control pass and one hour walk from the control pass take us to the Sandoval lake where we can explore this amazing lake by an easy canoe ride where we will look for giant otters, turtles, hoatzins, wading bird and typical bird species of the forest edge and appreciate the great diversity of wildlife then we will go to the lodge and a rest. it is possible to take a refreshing bath in the lake without any danger. We can also practice fishing for piranhas, cat fishes, sardines .etc. in the evening after dinner we look for caimans where the guide will show and ex plain us. We overnight in a Sandoval Mejia lodge


DAY 5: SANDOVAL LAKE / PUERTO MALDONADO

Manu National Park

After an early breakfast we go to the Puerto Maldonado city and from there to the airport to go back Cusco o Lima
